Is the Apple iPhone 5 Worth Waiting For?

With the release of Apple iPhone people all over the world fell in love with it. Users claimed it to be loved at first touch. And it has been happening since then. They waited for the release of iPhone 3G, made queues for 3Gs and slept before the stores to pick up the first iPhone 4. Apple has been consistent in giving features and improvements with each iPhone upgrade people have been falling in love with the iPhone more and more…

Now what is new in Apple iPhone 5 that is worth waiting for?

Apple iPhone 5 is getting a processor upgrade which means more speed, quicker responses. Apple has not announced about the RAM upgrade that the new Apple iPhone 5 will be getting but some insiders believe that it can be a 1GB RAM chip with the new phone along with the A5 processor. So, more speed is worth waiting for as it won’t be the first mobile dual core processor but it sure is tipped to be the fastest.

The new Apple iPhone is slim… yes it is slimmer than the Apple iPhone 4, a slimmer and smarter iPhone 5 is what you will get after you wait a while… and that too with a larger screen. Now many people would say that how can the new iPhone 5 support a larger screen and yet be smarter and slimmer… but it is true. The new Apple iPhone 5 will have an edge to edge screen which will be of a higher resolution.

Yet another rumor which has a lot of weight is about a better camera for the Apple iPhone 5. Apple iPhone 4 supports a 5mp camera and it is being said that the iPhone 5 could carry a 8mp camera and also that the home button that depicts the signature style of the iPhone can and may disappear and can be moved to a side as a side control or it can be replaced by touch controls. And finally one major rumor is that 64GB models of the new iPhone will be available and that too in white color.

Well folks, with all this information going around one cannot help but wait for the new iPhone 5 as it surely is worth waiting for.

How smart phones differ from cell phones

A cell phone is one which keeps you connected with your friends and family no matter where you are. You can make and receive phone calls and send text messages to your friends and family also. But it will only be called a mobile phone, a cell phone. Now is the era of smart phones. A smart phone is what everyone wants to buy and use.

Now what is a smart phone is what comes into mind and what are the differences between a normal cell phone and a smart phone? After all both are phones in the end, intended to make phone calls and talk to people, no? Well my friend, you are so wrong!

A smart phone is a high end mobile phone intended to make phone calls AND it carries the functions of a personal digital assistant (PDA) along with a mobile phone. Now a days a smart phone has grown much to be called your new best friend and there has been so much development related to smart phones that keeping up with the features and what the mobile phone is offering can prove to be difficult for people busy with work most of the time.

A smart phone needs a mobile operating system installed. Now there are so many types of smart phones of different telecom giants, and equal are the number of mobile software’s in the market for example:

• iPhone’s OS
• Android
• Symbian OS
• Blackberry
• Windows Mobile

And a few others. These software’s help provide features like mms, email etc… Once you use a smart phone you realize the features offered to you like internet browsing, push email services, calendar, social networking, games, online apps and what more. People are calling smart phones like a pocket computer, with a QWERTY keyboard, internet accessibility, games, applications relating to life style, social networking, chatting, health etc…

A cell phone will no doubt keep you mobile but a smart phone will keep you mobile and connected and not to other friends and family members only but also to your office, your social network and to internet giving you all the information you need anywhere, anytime!
